Refund & Cancellation Policy
At DigiData Consultant LLC, we aim to deliver complete client satisfaction through our professional IT and digital marketing services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may wish to cancel a service or request a refund. This refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which such requests will be processed.

1. Eligibility for Refund
If you have purchased any of our digital services—such as digital marketing, SEO, social media management, website design or development, or any other IT solutions—you are eligible to request a refund or cancellation within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a refund:
The request must be made within the first 7 days of starting the project or purchasing the service. The project/service work should not be completed or delivered in full during this period. The client must provide a valid reason for cancellation or dissatisfaction before the refund is processed.

2. NonRefundable Services
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Any custom project where design or development work has already been started or completed. Services that have already been delivered or executed as per the agreement. Any third‑party fees (domain, hosting, ad campaigns, paid tools, etc.) are non‑refundable once purchased. Delayed response or lack of communication from the client’s end.

3. Cancellation Process

Include your order ID, service details, and reason for cancellation.
Once we verify the details, the service will be canceled, and eligible refunds will be processed as per our policy.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after confirmation. The amount will be credited to the same account or payment method used during the purchase.

5. Policy Changes
DigiData Consultant LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
